Hi All, taking a moment out of our busy schedule to let you know what we've been up to since the new year. We conducted Rapid HIV Tester Training down in Tulalip at the Tulalip Tribal Medical Clinic. We trained 11 professionals including their Health Director! We are so excited about their work and participation in our project. They will be intoducing Rapid HIV Testing into their Universal screening process in a little over a week. Happy Dance!!!
More great news, Suboxone Clinic at Lummi has also signed on and we will be conducting Rapid HIV Tester Training in their offices next Tuesday, January 25, 2011. We will be training approxiately 3-5 of their staff and they will be up and running after the first week of February. YEAH!!!
Even more great news, we were able to meet and present to the staff out at Nooksack today, Wednesday, January 19, 2011 and they gave the green light to go ahead and schedule a Rapid HIV Tester Training as soon as the first Wednesday of February!!! This was a welcome event and we couldn't be happier. Hallelujah!
That's about all for now, but WOW we sure are moving ahead quickly on this project. Hopefully we can maintain the momentum. Bye for now...
